White Inspiration
Kitchen Inspiration
I have bleeted on many times about my love of open plan kitchen - dining spaces. After all a kitchen is the heart of the home & a dining room is for entertaining so to bring the two spaces into one is a sensible thing to me. Why be stuck in the kitchen cooking with your guests in another space or family at that matter. Being able to entertain while cooking, friends sitting round enjoying wine while you are busy beavering away on dinner that's how I want things.
This stunning space below decorated in a neutral grey, black & white colour scheme has a really light, airy & spacious feel. I love the quirky lighting.

House Tour
With the sun blazing all I can think of is alfresco dining & how I would love to link the kitchen/dining area of my home into the garden. In todays house tour this has been achieved perfectly with an open plan living dining room that opens out into the garden with bi-folding doors. Its certainly a space for entertaining over the summer.
I am loving the on trend grey & white kitchen units with added pops of bright colours in the accessories.
The living room is light & airy with a coastal vibe. I love a blue colour palate its so soothing.
The cool blue theme is seen in the main bedroom too with darker shades adding some interest with cushions & a patchwork quilt.
You certainly cant go wrong adding blue into a boys room can you. I love the bunting & photo frame collection that adds some bright colour to the scheme.
The bathroom has more of a neutral colour palette & has a very tranquil & relaxed vibe about it.
Summer Living
Floral Living
summer florals
Well the sun is blazing & flowers are blooming so its time to get inspired by beautiful summery floral prints. I am a real sucker for pretty flowers they certainly brighten up a room & cute summer prints certainly have the same appealing effect.
Be inspired by the bright blooms from the garden. I love to see a garden full of beautiful flowers, my parents garden always looks stunning over the summer months with a flurry of bright coloured blooms & the humming sound of bees. (My own garden is a working progress) but its lovely to bring those gorgeous brights inside too.
Whether its a bunch of flowers to cheer up a dining table or a punch of bright coloured floral printed cushions nestling on the sofa it's hard not to have a sunny disposition about summery inspiration.
Florals work perfectly in bedrooms & this pretty printed bed linen has a cheery feel. For a similar bed set check out this one from, Marks & Spencer

Bathroom Inspiration
Relax & unwind in a warm bubble bath, sipping a glass of champagne.......
well it would be nice wouldnt it & this bathroom certainly oozes a certain luxury doesnt it?
I love to see layers of fabrics & wallpaper in a bathroom. People often shy away from wallpaper in a bathroom space but as long as the room is well ventilated there is no reason why papers cannot be used.
This stunning design, Charme from Little Greene works beautifully here especially with the curtain fabrics its teamed with. This space has a kind of boutique hotel kind of glamour fit for aristocracy. Nothing shouts luxury more than a free standing bath either.
